Beautiful Hobo bag made from African Mud Cloth & fully lined in canvas.The handle is made from vintage leather repurposed from a damaged leather jacket. All handmade right here in Los Angeles. The lining is "deadstock" canvas and zippers are made in the U.S.A. (actually right here in L.A. too).

We collect/buy/sell vintage and every so often I come across an AMAZING find but it's damaged and not sellable to our standards. That's when I started buying them anyway and playing around with ideas to recreate and reinvent.
I'm a lover of textiles and fashion designer by trade but after working in the industry and seeing all the waste that goes into the fashion process as well as the unethical treatment of our friends in sweat shops I found a way to both be creative and still respect the earth and her beings.
